Hearts storm Obuasi on Sunday

Accra Hearts of Oak will travel to Gomoa Obuasi in the Central Region to play a friendly match against local Jonart Football Club at the District Park on Sunday.

The match forms part of activities marking this year's Akwambo Festival which reaches its climax on Sunday.

According to the Chairman of Jonart FC, Mr Frank Arthur, the match is also aimed at raising funds among Hearts supporters in the Gomoa District as part of the team's this year African Cup campaign fund-raising.

According to the head coach of the Hearts' youth team, a formidable squad to be strengthened by some senior players will feature in Sunday's encounter.
