Beating Hearts of Oak will get our season underway after a poor start according to former Ghana Black Satellites and Kotoko goalie, Felix Annan.
Kotoko, until their win over their arch rivals and bitter opponents, Hearts, has recorded just three wins and four defeats with two drawn games in the nine Premier League games they had played.
Annan, who recently returned from injury told Sportscrusader.com, stated in an interview of the relevance of a ‘sweet win’ over Hearts.
He said, “Hearts’ win is a major boost for myself and the rest of the team after a poor start to the season. To record a win over your fierce rival will only make us better and stronger and hopefully get our season underway with consistent wins,” he said.
Annan hopes to be given a chance to make an injury return sooner than later by coach Michael Osei.
