Spain based goalkeeper, Brimah Razak has expressed delight at his return to the Black Stars set-up.

The 27-year-old has been included in the 24-man squad released by the Black Stars technical team ahead of the 2015 Afcon qualifiers against Uganda and Togo.

Razak came up for positive reviews after his debut match in Istanbul when Ghana played against Turkey in an international friendly match.

But he failed to get back into the team following the team’s 3-1 defeat to Japan.

The former Nania FC goalkeeper later popped up on the Black Stars stand-by list for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

“I am very happy to be back. The past remains my past and I know very well that football is like that.

“The most important thing is what I have to offer now.

“My aim is to work hard at club level so that I can make an impact in the Black Stars because there is a high level of competition in the Ghana team,” he told Goal Ghana.

Razak recently left newly promoted La Liga side, Cordoba for Segunda B team, CD Mirandes in search of more playing time.
