Black Stars coach, James Kwesi Appiah says he will always welcome evaluation from people concerning his job.
The experience trainer indicated that criticism is part of the job though you must not let it cut short your ambitions.
“Normally if you are Coach you need to be opened to criticism. The bottom line is not to allow the criticism to bring you down.” Appiah told the Press
“The nature of the job is to focus and work, you do your best and leave the people to judge.”
Appiah’s contract with the Black Stars ends in December 2019 and he is facing a battle to stay on following the calamitous 2019 AFCON campaign in Egypt earlier this year.
