The coach of the Ghana Under-20 side Sellas Tetteh has said he is not under pressure ahead of the Africa Youth Championship in Senegal.
The Black Satellites failed to secure a win in their recent international friendlies against Nigeria’s U20 side after recording a 2-2 draw with the Flying Eagles in the first leg in Accra and suffering a 2-0 defeat in the reverse fixture in Tema this week.
The team is expected to leave Accra for Antalya, Turkey Friday evening for a pre-tournament camping.
Coach Tetteh believes he has more time to put a championship winning team together.
“I have been going through this all the time and what is giving me a little bit of confidence is that I have about three weeks to keep preparing so within these three weeks things will be well so I am not under pressure, and I believe that it will be well,” the 2009 World U20 winning coach told Starr Sports.
