Injured Appiah set to return next year

Injured Ghana attacker Kwesi Appiah is in line to return to the pitch early next year after being out of action for six months.

The 25-year-old has been unable to kick a ball after damaging his ankle while training with the Black Stars last June.

The Crystal Palace attacker emerged on the Ghanaian football scene at the 2015 African Cup Of Nations where he scored a vital goals to aid the Black Stars reach the finals of the competition.

Saif Rubie who is the agent of Black Stars coach Avram Grant recently revealed the English born Ghana attacker is in line to return next year.
