Isaac Cofie doubtful for Genoa's trip to Chievo Verona

Ghana midfielder Isaac Cofie remains a doubt for Genoa as they travel to his former side Chievo Verona on Sunday in the Serie A due to illness.

The 22-year-old is said to have contracted fever and missed their last two training sessions.

But the defensive midfielder could recover for the trip and be available for Gian Piero Gasperini.

Cofie was an unused substitute in last week’s 2-0 win over Catania.
