Defending Absa Premiership champions, Mamelodi Sundowns' defender, Rashid Sumaila, who is on a 5-month loan deal with Asante Kotoko says he still enjoys a healthy relationship with the playing staff of the Pretoria based club.
Sumaila, 21, has denied having problems with the club after a move to Europe failed. He revealed still communicates with most of his playing colleagues on a daily basis because at Sundowns, 'we are all family'. He said: "I hear a lot being said but I have no problem with the club. I have friends there and we communicate almost everyday."
"I wanted to ply my profession in Europe after the great experience I had with the Black Stars at the World Cup but it didn't happen. I am with Kotoko on loan and all that I want to do is to be at my best form for the club."
Sumaila is hoping for regular game time at the reigning Ghana league champions for a chance to keep his place in the national team.
