Ghana striker Jordan Ayew says he is prepared to give of his best for the Black Stars if he is called for the World Cup playoff game against Egypt.
The 21-year-old was on target for Olympique Marseille in their Champions League defeat to Arsenal on Wednesday night.
Jordan’s impressive performance on Wednesday night has already sparked calls by several Ghanaian soccer fans of the immediate return of the striker for the first leg playoff tie against Egypt next month.
The talented striker has not been invited to the Black Stars since renouncing his decision to take temporal leave from international football.
The son of Ghana legend Abedi Pele however says he is now ready to play his heart out for Ghana again if he is called by coach Akwasi Appiah.
“If I am called by the coach I will come and give my best,” he told Kessben FM.
“I have no problem with anybody. I love my country.
“So if I am called I will come and play for my nation.”
