Italian Champions Juventus are planning to exchange Ghanaian international Kwadwo Asamoah for on loan Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado, Calciomercato has reported.
Asamoah is reported to be a target for new Chelsea boss Antonio Conte who is said to be preparing a bid for the 27-year-old.
The Ghanaian international had a fruitless season at Juventus after making just nine appearances for the Club having spent most of his time on the sideline due to injury.
Report emerging indicates Juventus have offered the versatile midfielder to the former English Champions in an exchange for Cuadrado who played a crucial role in their title winning triumph this season after scoring 5 goals for the Club.
The Columbian international is expected to return to his parent Club (Chelsea) having served his season long loan with the Italian giants.
