Ghanaian striker Kwame Karikari steered Stal Kamyanske to an emphatic victory when scoring a hat-trick in the Ukraine top-flight on Saturday.
Karikari was in top form as Stal Kamyanske came from behind to defeat FC Oleksandian 4-1 at the Stadion Meteor in Dnipropetrovs’k.
The Ghanaian opened his scoring on the afternoon in the 40th minute to draw his side level after Starenkiy broke the deadlock on 19 minutes.
Karikari headed his side into the lead thanks to a cross from the left before he allowed his team-mate Boy Deul to convert a penalty to make it 3-1 for the visiting side.
Deul turned the provider in a swift counter attack allowing Karikari to squeeze the ball beyond the goalkeeper.
The victory lifts Stal Kamyanske to eighth on the table with 24 points after 22 league matches
