Hearts midfielder Kenneth Okoro is still weeks away from returning to the pitch to play for the club in the second half of the season.
The development represent a worsening of the initial prognosis, which had originally projected the youngster to recover from his ankle injury two weeks after aggravating it last December.

He featured only two games for the capital-based side after sustaining the ankle problem.
Okoro was spotted by former Ghana captain Stephen Appiah after he watched him play in a non-league game.
