Kenyasi Porto pip Young Africans

Kenyasi (B/A) Nov. 1, GNA - Kenyasi F.C. Porto played their hearts out to pip Nkasiem Young Africans 1-0 in their Zone Seven Brong-Ahafo Second Division football league match at Nkasiem at the weekend. The only goal of the match was scored by Stephen Oduro to secure the maximum points in the fourth week encounter of the first round competition.

In the Zone One match, Sunyani Aston Villas drew 2-2 with Nsoatre Manchester at Sunyani.

In Zone Two, Berekum Samereka thrashed Future Stars 4-1 at Berekum, Wamanafo Mighty Royals played a disappointing game at home tosuccumbed heavily 1-4 to Berekum Berlin F/C while Wamfie United drew 1-1 with their local rivals, Great Mansen at Wamfie.

Sampa Frontiers inflicted a heavy 5-1 defeat on Seikwa Nkoraman at Sampa in a Zone Three derby while Goka Adonteng spanked Sampa Wonders 3-0.

In the Zone Four B encounter, Gyase Young Stars bowed 2-4 to visiting Yawmatwa Great Santos, Nsowaakrom Gye Nyame whacked Nkrankwanta Asuo-Piri 3-0 at Nsowaakrom while Techiman A.C. Milan drowned Nsawkaw Goldfields with a massive 7-1 drubbing in their Zone Five encounter at Techiman.

The matches involving Tuobodom Red Lions verses Techiman Holy Stars and Bandaman of Banda against Wenchi Heroes ended goalless respectively. In Zone Six, Techiman Roving Rovers whipped Akomadan Fabia Stars 7-0 at Techiman while Nkwaeso Nananom beat Mesidan Great Palma 3-0 at Nkwaeso.

Akomadan Red Lions had a walk over and gained a technical 3-0 victory over Tanoso Heroes who failed to report for their match at Akomadan.

Matches at Zone Eight saw Insha Allahu of Camp 15 beat Mim Ayum Timbers 2-0 at Camp 15, Goaso Multi-Choice were defeated 0-1 by Mim Freedom Fighters at Mim while Goaso Nananom also had a walk over to earn a technical 3-0 win over Druwaakrom Red Scorpions as the latter failed to report for the match at Goaso.

Kintampo Sharp Arrows won 3-0 over Bamboi Awasa Stars at Kintampo with Kranka Oppong Stars also beating Kintampo Destroyers 3-0 at Kranka in the Zone Nine A encounter whilst at Zone Nine B, Kajeji Jinata Stars beat Amanten Cotton Rangers 2-0 with Nkomi Stars beat Prangman 2-1 at Prang.
