New signing Kevin-Prince Boateng has been handed the No.7 jersey at Las Palmas.
The 29-year-old was unveiled to the fans on Tuesday after signing a one-year contract.
The former AC Milan and Portsmouth midfielder will be hoping to revive a career which has taken a nose dive.
Boateng has endured persistent injuries in recent years, which has robbed him the chance of making an impact after he exploded for Ghana during the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
The former Schalke man failed to secure a permanent contract at AC Milan following the expiration of a six-month deal.
He has been bought by the Spanish side to cash in on his reputation.
