The Greater Accra Regional Circles Council of Kumasi Asante Kotoko is preparing to market highly oxygenated water, council sources have revealed.

Feasibility studies have been going on in the past month since new council members took office.

Council sources said the Kotoko water would contain eight hundred per cent more oxygen than ordinary water.

"It's the water our players will rely on during their training sessions and matches. It's going to be water for the champions," said King Boateng.

Commenting on the project, the second-in-command of the National Circles Council, Agyepong Asiamah said, "It will offer players, athletes, sportsmen and women and all others the oxygen they need in their activities. Because of our interest in the product's benefits and understanding of sportsmen and women needs, we want to develop and market our own brand."

The product, Agyepong Asiamah hopes, will go down well with the sporting public and act as a revenue source for the club.
