Interim Head Coach of Asante Kotoko, Michael Osei, has told management of the club to secure the services of former Raja Casablanca goal poacher Nathaniel Asamoah who is currently unattached. Ghanasportsonline.com can confirm
Nathaniel Asamoah has been unattached after failing to sign for the Porcupine Warriors on deadline day prior to the start of the 2015/16 season.
General Manager of the club Samuel Opoku Nti, has confirmed the Interim Head Coach has asked the management to lure the services of Nathaniel Asamoah.
”Michael Osei has told us he needs the services of Nathaniel Asamoah to beef up his team negotiations are ongoing,” Opoku Nti exclusively told Kumasi-based Nhyira FM
The 26-year-old joined Moroccan outfit Raja Casablanca on a 3-year deal in August 2015 after scoring 18 goals for Medeama SC in the league but his contract was terminated after six months.
Nathaniel Asamoah’s signing will beef up Kotoko’s squad and bring stiff competition to the Kotoko attacking department following the presence of Dauda Mohammed, Kwame Boateng, Obed Owusu, and Elvis Amoh Takyi.
