Kwadwo Asamoah announced his return to top form by scoring in Juventus 6-1 demolishing of local side San Mauro at the Juventus Center in Vinovo.
The Bianconeri fell behind early on but Asamoah hit back quickly with a well-taken equaliser before Miralem Pjanic put the hosts ahead with a fine effort from the edge of the area.
Stefano Padovan found the net too and Paulo Dybala, ever vibrant up front, would put the result beyond any doubt with an emphatic hat-trick.
The match was played in front of around 350 fans for the first open training session of the season.
Asamoah, who has recovered from a knee injury which has restricted him to few matches the past two seasons, looks fit to reclaim a place in Massimiliano Allegri’s side.
He will be part of the squad that will travel to Australia on Sunday for the Juventus Jeep Tour 2016.
