Kwesi Appiah named second best coach in Africa

Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has been named as the second best national team coach in Africa with Nigeria’s Stephen Keshi topping the poll for coaches on the continent.

Coaching rating agency, Football Coach World Ranking, named the Black Stars coach in the 42nd position while Keshi took the 23 position globally.

Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque topped the poll and was followed by Germany boss Joachim Loew with Uruguay boss Oscar Tabarez in third position.

Appiah managed to finish ahead of France coach Laurent Blanc, Didier Deschamps and Dick Advocaat of Russia.

Vicente Del Bosque came in the first place with 24897 just above German coach Joachim Low with 21422.

Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi came in the 23rd place on top of Africa’s coaches with 8536 points ahead of Jose Pekerman from Argentina.

Ghana’s James Kwesi Appiah is the second best African coach with 6055 points ahead of PSG coach Laurent Blanc.
