The National Premier League would resume with mid-week matches on September 18, at all the league centres after three weeks of break.

In a release issued and signed by Mr. Kweku Ampim-Darko, Deputy Genearal Secretary of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), said the decision was arrived at, after the Professional League Board (PLB) had conferred with the management members of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA).

It would be recalled that the FA postponed the 24th week league matches due to Asante Kotoko' participation in the Cup Winners Cup and the Black Stars nations cup qualifying match between Ghana and Uganda to be played tomorrow, Saturday September 8.
