Ghana defender, Lee Addy has expressed delight at his rate of recovery after injuring his knee a few weeks ago.
The former Berekum Chelsea player picked up a knee injury while playing for Dinamo Zagreb in the Croatian top-flight.
But the 23-year-old is confident he could possibly make a return before the stipulated time.
“I'm recuperating from the injury and I am happy with my progress so far.
“It's been terrible sitting on the sidelines but injury is part of the game.
“There is the possibility of returning to the pitch quicker-than-expected,” told told Accra based, Power FM.
“I want to be back and get involved to help my side. The injury is just a minor setback,” he added.
Addy was a member of the Ghana squad that reached the quarter-finals at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
