Great Olympics midfielder Emmanuel Amartey is on his way to England to undergo a two-week trial with English Premier League champions Leicester City after helping the Ghanaian club to qualify back to the country's top-flight, Goal understands.
The 19-year-old, younger brother of Leicester's versatile player Daniel Amartey, has been a key member of the Wonder Club, playing more than twenty games and being tipped for greatness by many soccer pundits.
His consistent performance caught the eye of Leicester boss Claudio Reniari through his scouts in Africa and has given him the opportunity to prove his worth to the club's top hierarchy as they seek to strengthen their squad during the January transfer window.
Goal understands that Emmanuel will leave Ghana later this month after he acquires his travelling documents from the British High Commission in the country.
He is also on the radar of local giants Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.
