Accra, Feb 8, GNA - Alhaji Ibrahim Sly Tetteh, President of Dansoman based Liberty Professionals has fumed at Mr Joseph Ade Coker, former Chairman of Accra Great Olympics and defunct Division One side, Olympiakos over some allegations Coker was said to have made statements that he (Alhaji Tetteh) was part of a clich=E9 at the Ghana Football Association (GFA) that ensures players who did not deserve a place in the national team, the Black Stars gained entry into the team.

"I find Mr Coker's statement and comments not only provocative but insulting to a reputation that I have built over several years through hard work, when there is no element of truth in that view". "I'm surprised because I would have expected Mr Coker as 'a self proclaimed master of Ghana football' to know a lot better than pass such a careless comments", a statement issued by Alhaji Tetteh stated. The statements said, "I have never had a say in who gets called into the national team and who does not".

Alhai Tetteh said he has for the past years' pumped his energies over the past decade into building a club considered a model, which has with careful planning produced some of the country's best players.

"I'm proud that at Liberty Professionals, we have provided the path into professional football and personal enhancements for the likes of Derek Boateng, Michael Essien, Sule Muntari and Anthony Obodai among others", he added.
