Match officials appointed for League matches

Accra, Nov. 18, GNA - The Ghana Football Association has released the names of match officials to handle the last matches of the GT-sponsored premier league matches at all the centres.

The Top-liner in Zone A between King Faisal and Real Tamale United (RTU) at the Kumasi Sports stadium on Saturday would be handled by Referee Alex Quartey of Accra with his two assistants being Raymond Cudjoe and David Laryea both from Accra while the Match Commissioner is Godsway Glah also of Accra.

Referee E.Q. M. Osamquaye of Accra would handle another cracker at the Cape Coast Sports stadium between Okwahu United and Berekum Arsenals. The Assistant Referees are Faustina Zioklui of Accra and Prince Worgba of Tema while the Match Commissioner is Francis Fynn of Tema.

The match between Ashantigold and Bofoakwa at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports stadium would be handled by W.L. Quaye of Accra to be assisted on the lines by J.A. Bortey and Mary Seidu both from Tema with K. Ampim-Darko as the Match Commissioner.

At the Sunyani Coronation park, relegation-threatened B.A. United clash against Asante Kotoko would be handled by Referee Joseph Mortey to be assisted on the lines by D. Y. Asare and M.T.O. Ibrahim both from Tema with J.Y. Adu as the Match Commissioner.

In Zone B, Referee Justice Agbeko of Accra would handle the crunch match between two relegation threatened clubs, Great Olympics and Real Sportive at the Accra Sports.

He would be assisted on the lines by Sam Quaye of accra and Nicholas Dwomoah of Koforidua with Emmuanuel Gyimah as the Match Commissioner. Referee O.K. Amankwah of Accra would officiate the Heart of lions match against Feyenoord at the Kpando park to be assisted on the lines by A. Inusah of Tema and M.A. Pappoe of Accra. The Match Commissioner is B. Danquah of Ho.

Referee William Agbovi of Suhum would be in the middle when Power FC play host to Sekondi Hassacas at the El-Wak Sports stadium in Accra with Justice Yeboah of Nsawam and George Seija of Sefwi Wiaiso assisting him on the line while G.B. Awuakye from Accra will be the Match Commissioner.

Mustapha Mohammed of Kumasi would handle the match between Liberty Professionals and Accra Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday with Sowah Abigail of Accra and Abass Gyimah of cape coast assisting on the lines. The Match Commissioner is Oteng Aboagye of Accra.
