Ghanaian defender John Mensah is a big doubt for Saturday's trip to Manchester United, says manager Steve Bruce.
John Mensah has been hit by an injury blow just two days before the Barclays Premier League clash with Manchester United. The 'Rock of Gibraltar', 26, has picked up a thigh problem during a training session, leaving him locked in a race against time to be fit for this Saturday's game.
Manager Bruce will wait until the last minute to make a decision on the player's availability but can call on plenty of options across his back line.
