Italian Serie A giants AC Milan are weighing up the option of bidding for Ghana youth winger Frank Acheampong who plays for Belgian side Anderlecht.
Milan have been following the 21-year-old’s exploits in the Belgian Pro League and in the Uefa Champions League and are considering tabling an offer for him in January.
But the former King Faisal playmaker has already been linked with fellow Serie A side AS Roma though nothing concrete has happened.
Milan are among clubs targeting Black Stars winger Andre Ayew who is likely to leave Marseille in the coming weeks but have already penciled down Acheampong as his replacement if they fail to land him.
While Milan are targeting him, French Ligue 1 giants Marseille who will sell Andre Ayew have declared their interest in signing Acheampong as his replacement.
Acheampong has scored twice in the Pro League in 16 games, and provided six assists in all competitions this term.
