Ashanti Gold attacker, Yakubu Mohammed has officially inked a three year deal with Moroccan giants, Raja Casablanca.
The club confirmed the deal on Thursday after the 27 year old striker passed medical on Wednesday as he will be starting his new footballing life with the North African giants.
The budding attacker last two seasons joined PSL side Maritzburg Utd from Ashanti Gold but he failed to make an impact which led to his contract termination and on his return to Ghana he joined his former side to re-launch his career.
Yakubu Mohammed was one of the delight players to watch since his arrival in the ongoing Ghana premier league as he netted 11 goals in 24 games which has propelled his former side Ashanti Gold to the top of the league log with 47 points and they are on the verge of winning their first top-flight title in 19 years, with 2 matches to go.
After sealing his move to Raja Casablanca, Yakubu Mohammed will be joining his fellow country man Awal Mohammed who joined the Casablanca based club a month ago.
