Bolton and Portsmouth have been linked with Muntari with the player previously expressing an interest in playing in England.
Pozzo is keen to keep hold of Udinese's top stars and has no plans to sell Muntari.
"I can exclude the possibility of a Muntari sale," said Pozzo.
