Ghana’s former number one goalkeeper Richard ‘’Olele’’ Kingson had stated that the allegation that his wife was a witch is false and mentally disturbing.

According to Richard Kingson it was not true that his beloved wife is a witch and made him impotent as is suggested by a cross section of the Ghanaian media.

‘’This woman at a point in my career took a shame that was coming on Ghanaians; this is a top secret I have hid under my pillow and today I just want to reveal it to Ghanaians especially the media.

During the 2006 world cup in Germany when Ghana the Black Stars were about to play Czech Republic, by then Czech were the 2nd best team in the world and had lost an earlier match; when a Ghanaian took me to some people who offered me a b bribe of 300 thousand dollars.

Olele said it was the wife who delivered him and Ghanaians from that shame.

He emphasized that he was confused and did not know what to do at the time but to call the wife who was then with him at a hotel where he broke the ‘’juicy’’ news to the wife but the unenthused wife said ‘’Richard! I don’t love you because of your money or properties I love you as a human being.’’

Richard Kingston indicated that, winning bonus for that match could fetch them only 8 or 10 thousand dollars, whiles loosing bonus for him could win him a 300 thousand dollar price, and he decided to listen to the wife.

In that match against the Czech’s Ghana won 2:0 courtesy Sulley Muntari and Asamoah ‘’Baby’’ Jet Gyan.

Richard Kingson who gave testimony at a Sunday service at the Synagogue church of all nations (SCOAN) on 9th September 2012 in Lagos, Nigeria with the wife said, he met the wife in 1995 at a time when he was a nobody, and got engaged in 1997 before making their marriage official in 2010.

‘’This woman has been with me till date, I don’t have any other woman beside her and she is a blessing to me,’’ He said.

He indicated that, in a month’s time when he was back to that church for his main testimony he would plead with Prophet T: B Joshua to show the clip of the 2006 world cup between Ghana and Czech.

‘’It was very painful for people to label my wife a witch. He urged Ghanaians to shun self aggrandizement and give themselves to God as he had done, he is the savior thus the reason to follow him,’’ Olele said.
