Nyaho-Tamakloe relinquishes chairmanship position

Accra, June 2, GNA - Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, Chairman of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has stepped down from his position as the Chairman of the Black Stars and Black Meteors Management Committee.

A statement signed by the GFA Secretary General, Mr Kofi Nsiah copied to the GNA Sports said the decision to relinquish the position was arrived at in view of the numerous commitments of the GFA chairman.

It said the GFA therefore wishes to inform the general pubic that due to the numerous engagements of the Chairman, he has relinquished his position.

The statement said the Executive Council of the GFA has therefore been informed to accordingly take the necessary steps to fill the vacancy created by the Chairman's exit.
