Oblogo Nikwabs win

Oblogo (GA), Aug. 22, GNA - Oblogo Nikwabs Babies Under 14 side on Thursday defeated the U-17 side of Mallam Fire Stars 2-1 in their friendly encounter at Oblogo part.

Fire Stars took the lead in the 25th minutes through Adams Bonney who rammed in a terrific shot just before the end of the first half. James Halm put the scores at par for Oblogo Nikwabs Babies in the 64th minute while wizard dribbler Mohammed Polo scored the match winner in the 88th minutes for the Oblogo boys.

In a related development, the chairman of the River Boys FC, a division two side based at Oblogo, Nii Kwaku Bibini, has asked new players who wished to join the team to call at the team's training grounds at the Oblogo park.
