Ofori Antwi wants to reclaim Kotoko No.1 spot

Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi says he is determined to regain the No.1 spot at the club.

Antwi is down the pecking order as third choice goalkeeper with the return to top form of Ernest Sowah and Felix Annan regaining his full fitness.

The Ghana youth international was first choice last season but has struggled this term.

Antwi was linked with a loan move during the second transfer window which shut last Wednesday but stayed put and ready to fight for his position.

"I think the other goalkeepers are also good, we are all working hard to help the team," the former Amidaus man told the media after Wednesday’s Peace match.

"Is just a matter of time, I hope I can get the opportunity one more time and keep my place in the first team."
