‘Oil City Cup not cancelled’

Organizers of the Oil City Cup are set to decide on a new date for the four-club pre-season tournament, SportsCrusader.com can exclusively reveal.

The event, which was originally scheduled to kick off on December 19, was postponed though media reports had claimed the tournament was cancelled.

The four participating teams Asante Kotoko, Hearts of Oak, Medeama SC and Sekondi Hasaacas are awaiting the new date from the organizers to restructure their preparations for the competition.
