Abuja, May 3, GNA - Head coach of Ghana's female U-20 football club, the Black Princesses, Kuuku Dadzie, says only a miracle will deny his team from qualifying=A0to the next All African Games after drawing one all with the Super Falcons of Nigeria in a qualifier played at the Abuja Stadium at the week end.

Coach Dadzie told GNA Sports in Abuja=A0after the match that "I'm very excited about the result because on paper the Falcons were ahead. This is a particularly good result especially because we used a junior team as against their experienced side".

=A0 A0 93This is good omen for the women's game in Ghana and only a miracle will stop us from beating them and qualifying for the Games when they come to Accra in two weeks."

=A0 A0 A0Coach Dadzie told GNA Sports 93initially our girls were over respecting the Nigerians but soon they warmed up to the task and that was our triumph card going into the return leg in Accra.

Desire Oparanozie sent the stadium chanting with the opener for the Falcons on 75th minute when the bulky striker picked a ball from Ebere Orji in the middle and sent a powerful shot that hit the roof of the net to give Nigeria a realistic joy. The goal served the tonic and the homers upped the pressure.

=A0 A0 A0Ghana reacted well knowing keeping the score line like that will give them a pretty good chance in the return duel in Accra in two weeks time. However, when substitute Elizabeth Addo who took over from Janet Owusu darted on the right to the Nigerian goal area and played a one two with Agnes Quaye, an equalizer beckoned.

Addo brilliantly sent in an in-swinger that found cool head Grace Asare. The striker finished off with a composure that will send the home team blaming each other five minutes on.

The odds were against the Princesses who stood in for the Black Queens against an experienced Super Falcons side but the Coach insists wrapping up the game in Accra in a fortnight is none negotiable.
