Finnish top flight side HJK Helsinki has confirmed the signing of Ghana international Anthony Annan on a three year deal.
The Ghanaian touched down in Helsinki on Friday afternoon and was whisked away by representatives of HJK to conclude his arrival process.
Ghana’s leading football news website GHANAsoccernet.com broke the news on Monday that the Ghanaian was set for a return to HJK on a long term contract.
Annan returns to the the club with huge experience having played for his nation at the world cup in 2010 and also playing for Schalke in the UEFA Champions League.
A midfielder with brimming energy the 29-year-old is expected to help HJK win back the Finnish League title and also play a key role in their European adventure.
