Palermo want Agyemang-Badu for Serie B

Palermo have penciled down Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu as one of their transfer targets for next season’s campaign in the Serie B.

According to the vice president of Palermo, Guglielmo Micciche, the Ghana midfielder’s work rate can help them return to the top-flight at a canter.

Badu managed 25 appearances for Udinese last season and could leave the Stadio Communale Friuli this summer.

But it is unlikely the Ghana international will agree to play in Italy’s second-tier.

Badu has also been linked with Genoa who need reinforcement after escaping demotion last season.
