Players and officials invited to appear before GFA Status Committee

Accra, Jan. 12, GNA - The Ghana Football Player Status Committee have requested a number of club officials and players to appear before the committee at the FA Secretariat on Thursday, January 15, 2004 at 1.00 p.m.

In a Press Release issued to the GNA Sports on the declaration of status signed by Mr Isaac Addo, Administrative Manager of the GFA said those affected include Rueben Tetteh of FC Confidence, Alhaji Iddrisu Hamidu of RTU, Hamid Yahaya - Manchester/Vipers, D. J. Yahaya - B.A United/Sung Manbo FC and Ben Andoh - Young Pro/Metro Stars.

The rest are Mohammed Alidu - Soccer Mercenaries, Bright Senanu - AC Olympiakos, Prince B. Acheampong - Gt. Kingdom, Ebenezer Macarthy - Fire Service, Ismaila Alhassan - Staycool, Adu Gyamfi - Mines Stars/ State Envoy/Neoplan, Kingsley - Jofia FC, Samad Yusif - Gt Olympics and Mattew Attiogbe - Dwarfs.

The others are Mike Sowornu - Okwahu/Seven United, Charles Asamoah - Kotoko/Hasaacas FC, Prince Asare - King Solomon, Doetse Aagbesie - Bacelona FC, Charles A. Asante and Joseph Quaye both of Feyenoord and Awal Baba - Ac Olympiakos.

The release said the case will be struck out if the concerned club officials and players fail to appear before the committee
