Players should be dedicated to attract sponsorship - Nii Bibini

Oblogo (GR), Jan. 3, GNA - Nii Kwaku Bibini 111, Chief of Oblogo and the Chief Executive of River Boyz, a division two Club, Nikwab Babies an Under 12, 14 and 17 football has called on players of the teams train hard to attract sponsorship.

He said it was only when they were serious that sponsors would invest in them to enable the players to develop their talents. Nii Bibini was speaking at a get-together organised for the players at Oblogo, on Friday.

He appealed to prominent citizens of the area both home and abroad to assist the teams financially to enable them prepare adequately for this year's league.

Nii Bibini said such assistance would encourage the players to give of their best during matches.

Mr Victor Quaicoo Apache, Team Manager of the division two team, called on the players to be dedicated, adding that, "I would do all efforts to enable the team qualify to division one this year".
