Black Stars striker Asamoah Gyan insists the playing body's commitment to Ghana remains unwavering after reports suggested a potential boycott of Sunday's 2012 Nations Cup qualifier against Sudan.
The players have not been paid part of their allowances from the 2010 World Cup and their winning bonus from their qualifying win over Swaziland in September.
But the players were out in numbers on the first day of training with the attitude positive at the El-Wak Stadium throughout.
Asamoah Gyan was one of the sixteen players to take part in the first training session and the Sunderland striker insists talk of a boycott is wide off the mark.
Gyan told KickOffGhana.com: "We are here to make everybody happy. We won our first game and confidence is high so we are simply keen to win again. The bonus is a secondary matter so we have to make sure we do our job by winning and then afterwards we talk about the money."
Ghana will gain a three point advantage at the top of Group I if they win the game on Sunday.
