Rabiu Mohammed sent off in Russia

Ghana international midfielder Rabiu Mohammed was sent off while in action for Kuban Krasnodar in the Russian Premier League on Saturday evening.

The 25-year-old was cautioned in the 38th minute before he was dismissed in the 66th minute for a bad challenge on Mordovia Saransk midfielder.

Evgeni Lutsenko had scored first for the home side before Ibrahima Balde levelled for the visitors in the 63rd minute of the game.

This means the former Liberty Professionals midfielder will miss Kuban’s clash with Spartak Moskva on Wednesday.
