Ghana goalkeeper Razak Braimah played his first game for Cordoba in their 2-0 win at Arroyo on Sunday.
The 26-year-old completed his move to the Spanish second tier club earlier this week – bringing an end to his one-year stay at CD Gudalajara.
Braimah had to move from Guadalajara to save his career after the club was forced into relegation after being declared bankrupt by Spanish tax authorities.
The Ghana international has taken just days to clinch a starting place at Cordoba as he was picked ahead of regular Fernando Pacheco in the Segunda B Group 4 game played in Luz.
Two second half goals by Fran Gonzalez and Mane clinched all three points for Cordoba.
The Spanish second tier will now proceed on a break for the Christmas and New Year festivities and will resume on January 4.
