Ex-Hearts of Oak attacker John Antwi has secured a $2.2 million move to Saudi Arabia’s Al-Shabab from Ismaily, DailySoccerGhana.com can confirm.
According to Ismaily Chairman Mahmoud Aboul-Saoud, the 22-year-old has penned a two-and-a-half year deal with the Riyadh-based club.
The Ghana striker has scored 12 league goals in 17 appearances so far this season.
Antwi was recently handed a four-match ban and an $800 fine by the Egypt FA for an assault on an opponent in a Cup match.
