Shama Ahanta East Metropolitan Assembly (SAEMA) a public institution in Sekondi - Takoradi, on Friday donated a thirty - six seater coater bus to Sekondi Eleven Wise ( Wise - Fighters ) to support the club's participation in National sub-middle league scheduled for Accra.
The donation adds up to the number assistance the Assembly has offered to the club.
Hon. Philip Kwesi Nkrumah, the Chief Executive Officer of the Assembly who made the presentation in Sekondi on Friday, said the Assembly regonises the importance of sponsorhip for the enchancement of sports in the metropolis and region at large.
He expressed the hope that the donation would motivate the team to qualify through the middle leagues to the premiership next season. Mr. Samuel Ackah, the Chairman of Wise-Fighters who received the donation expressed the club's gratitute for the Assemb! ly's contribution and gave assurance that the club will really sail through to the premiership next season.
Meanwhile, Obiri Lottories and Sekondi Hasaacas had made a cash donation of one milion each to club on Thursday at training grounds in Sekondi.
