The National Under 20 team, the Black Satelites failed to glitter by managing only a difficult 1-0 scoreline against their Tunisian Counterparts in the final African Youth Tournament eliminator at the Kumasi Sports Stadium this afternoon. Playing a tactically superior and a more resilient Tunisian side, the Ghanaians could not string their passes together, and resorted to wild kicks an uncharacteristic feature of the junior sides of Ghana.

A goal by Kotoko's Kwadwo Poku was the only moment in the entire game that gave fans something to cheer about. Indeed, the likes of Papa Arko, and all the big names could not live up to expectations, and now the pressure on the Head Coach Mr. E.K Edusei could be immense. It is now imcumbent on the experienced Coach to delve into his wealth of experience to travel to Tunisia and come back with some good results, and this may not be beyond the capabilities of Mr. Edusei.

At the end of proceedings, fans who had thronged the Kumasi Sports Stadium to see their team massacre the Tunisians were least satisfied and called for the team to be overhauled, but as to whether their call would be adhered to remains to to be seen.

Lineup of Ghana: Alex Agyapong, Moro Ghaba\Saliu Mutari,Mohammed Habib, Daniel Coleman, William Thompson, Imoro Lukeman, Michael Ocansey, Yusif Chipsah, Papa Arko\Masawudu Mimuni, Kwadwo Poku, Jonathan Quartey.
