Ghana Under-20 Sellas Tetteh is refusing to be tagged as an expert for the country’s youth team.

The Liberty Professionals technical director is on the threshold of making history as the first Ghanaian to lead the Black Satellites to win the African Youth Championship for the second time.

The Black Satellites beat West African opponent Mali 4-2 on penalties on Tuesday to advance to the semi-finals of the ongoing continental championship in Algeria.

Tetteh, who is carving a niche for masterminding the success story of the country’s Under-20 team insists it’s business as usual.

“I don’t think I’m the expert for the Under-20. It just by the special grace of God that has brought us this far,” Tetteh told Happy FM.

“When I took the job, I knew there were challenges but I was confident we could do something special for our country.

“I am confident we can win it. We have been here before and we can do it again.

“I want to thank all Ghanaians for their prayers and support. We’re focused for the final game against Egypt and I’m hopeful that we can win the cup,” he added.
