Ghana International, Solomon Asante, is set to part ways with Congolese giants, TP Mazembe, when his current contract runs out, at the end of the season.

The skilful Ghanaian, who has been instrumental for the Lubumbasni side since his arrival from Berekum Chelsea, turned down a new offers from Mois Katumbe Chapwe ‘s side with his eyes on a European adventure next season.

The pocket size attacking midfielder, who is part of a quintet of Ghanaians in the reigning Confederation cup holders, is a top target for a number of clubs in the European leagues, notably Belgium, France and Russia.

The elusive wide man, who has been tipped to take over the number 10 position in the Black Stars set up, has won numerous admirers with his quick feet and eye for goal despite his smallish frame.

His departure from Mazembe will be the second time in two years that the Congolese side part ways with their star players, after Bwana Alli Samatta joined Genk.

Reported offers from the Pro League in Belgium, the French Ligue I, Russian Premier league and the Qatar League, have changed the mind of the Ghanaian import. Solomon won a host of trophies while in DRC, spiced by the 2015 CAF champions League, Confederation Cup in 2016 and the Super Cup as well.
