Accra, June 2, GNA - The Welfare sub-Committee of the 2010 World Cup Planning Committee will on Friday, June 4, conduct a vaccination exercise against H1N1 (Swine flu) for travellers to South Africa for the World Cup. A statement signed by Kofi Aggrey, Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Youth and Sports said the exercise which begins at 10h00 GMT will take place at the Ohene Djan Stadium at 10:am. Mr Aggrey said it is obligatory for football fans and supporters and the general public travelling to South Africa to get vaccinated against the H1N1 epidemic, commonly known as 'Swine flu'. He therefore advised all persons to present their passports and inoculation (yellow fever) cards for the exercise.
