The newly appointed technical advisor for the Black Stars will arrive in Ghana on Tuesday to officially accept his appointment before Ghana take on the Cranes of Uganda in Kumasi over the weekend www.sports24gh.com can exclusively reveal. According to our checks the Serb who led the Black Stars to it first ever FIFA World Cup on African soil in South Africa where Ghana was knocked out of the competition in the semi final phase courtesy Suarez's hand has been chosen ahead of countryman, Radmilo Ivancevic and Flemming Serritslev, a Dane.

Milo refused to renew his contract after the 2010 World Cup but has been monitoring situations at the Stars' bench since 2013 and was even spotted in Ghana's last qualifying match with Egypt in Cairo where he could not hide his 'love' for Ghana.

Speaking to www.sports2gh.com last Friday, Communication Director for the GFA Ibrahim Sannie Darra could not confirm or deny Milo's appointment. "I wish I could give you the name but I have been reading a lot of pieces from you the journalists but until I get the official name from the committee which has been tasked to selecting the name I wouldn't be in the right position to give you the name." "It's our hope that the name comes out before our match with Uganda on weekend so that at least whoever would be appointed could have some time with the team," he added.
