Accra, March 20, GNA -- Togo's national soccer team is to play their opening match in the final phase of World Cup/Nations Cup qualifiers in Ghana as the ban on their home matches continues to be carried out.
According to a source from the Togo Football Federation cited by The West African country received a four-match home ban after violence at the end of their 2008 African Nations Cup qualifying campaign where supporters attacked players from opponents Mali when Togo were knocked out.
