Ex-Kotoko Chief Executive, Jarvis Peprah, has asked fans of the club to give Coach David Duncan some time to fix the side’s poor start to the 2015/16 Premier League season.

The Porcupine Warriors are still chasing their first win of the season with two points from a possible 12 in four matches.

Reacting to calls from a section of the fans for Coach Duncan to step aside, Mr Peprah said although Coach Duncan was involved in all the recruitment, it was too early to call for his head.

He said though he felt it was too early in the season to call for the coach’s head, there was some justification for that clamour, given he had been involved in the recruitment of players for the season and approved of every single player bought during that time.

Mr Peprah added: “He played the friendly matches [and oversaw] the pre- season training; he supervised almost all of them. Apart from the G6 finals, he was in Libya; he has had a closer look at the players, individually, [and] as a team. So, we were all expecting positive results at the beginning of the season. Let’s give it some time; we have a match against Hasaacas on Sunday (March 20).
