Travel Agency unveils package for soccer fans

Accra, Feb. 8, GNA - African Origin Travel and Sports Tourism, accredited agents of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has rolled out an attractive package for soccer fans seeking to travel to England to watch th= e Black Stars of Ghana and the Three Lions of England in an international friendly match at the Wembley Stadium on March 29.

The package, tagged 93Standalone Package", which is valued at a ba= se rate of GH¢895 includes three nights at Hill Spring Lodge, breakfast, Clu= b Wembley VIP ticket, Tour guide and Airport/Hotel transfers. Unveiling the package at a press conference in Accra on Tuesday, Mr Samson Deen, Chief Executive Officer of African Origin Travel and Sports Tourism, described the package as very flexible, cheap and accessible is designed to meet the pockets of every Ghanaian football fan and supporter who wants to be part of the trip. Mr Deen said his company has an excellent track record of providing facilities for conveying fans to international competitions, adding that they have over the years' sent fans to Angola and South Africa among othe= r places and was confident they will organize another successful trip to England. He said his company has also gained the recognition of the organizers of the match; Power Goldberg Sports Management, a UK-based firm and are in close partnership with them to ensure that fans have a successful trip to the United Kingdom.

Mr Kwasi Amponsah, an official of Power Goldberg Sports Management, wh= o joined the conference via phone, confirmed their partnership with African Origin Travels as well as plans to ensure that the fans are given a real deal. "We have done our background checks on African Origin Travels and we are satisfied with their track record. We believe they are capable of facilitating travel arrangements for the fans since they played a key role during the South Africa 2010". Mr Amponsah added. Randy Abbey, Spokes person of the GFA said African Origin Travels are the FA accredited agents and gave the FA's assurance of assisting all legitimate prospective travelers to participate in the historic international friendly.
